1. About us

Ultimate Draws is a trading name of IGP Group LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15482910). Our registered office is Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. You can reach us at support@ultimatedraws.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to enter any competition.
• You must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland where prohibited).
• Employees of IGP Group LTD, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with a competition are not eligible.
• By entering you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3. How competitions work

Each competition is a free-to-enter prize draw with an optional paid entry route. The competition page sets out the prize, the price per entry, the maximum number of entries available and the closing date and time. All times are UK time.

3.1 Skill question

Every paid entry requires you to answer a skill-based question. Entries with an incorrect answer are not eligible to win and no refund will be issued.

3.2 Free entry route

You may enter any competition free of charge by sending a postcard with your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, the competition name and your answer to the skill question to: IGP Group LTD, Free Entry Route, Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. One entry per postcard. Postcards must arrive before the competition closing date.

4. The draw

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using Google's certified random number generator. Draws are streamed live on our social channels. Every draw takes place on its published date whether or not all entries have been sold.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are as described on the competition page. Images are for illustration only.
• Where stated, a tax-free cash alternative is available in place of the physical prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable. Where a prize cannot be supplied for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Physical prizes are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses within 28 days of the draw.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details. Entries are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

7. Cancellation of a competition

If a competition does not meet its minimum viable ticket sales, we may, at our discretion, draw the competition as planned, postpone it or cancel it. If a competition is cancelled, paid entrants will be refunded in full to their original payment method within 14 days.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a competition is limited to the total amount you paid for entries to that competition.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you enter a competition will apply to that entry. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when these terms were last changed.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
