Entries

  • Pick a competition, choose how many entries you'd like and check out. Every draw is guaranteed to happen on its published end date using a certified random number generator for total transparency.

  • Yes. A free postal entry route is available for every competition under UK law. Full instructions are in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Absolutely - you can buy as many entries as you like, up to the maximum stated on each competition page.

  • Yes. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to enter any Ultimate Draws competition.

  • Entries are final once purchased, but if you believe there's been an error contact support within 24 hours and we'll review it.

  • No. Once you've entered a competition your tickets are locked in for that specific draw - they don't roll over to other draws.

Draws & Winners

  • The countdown on each competition page shows the exact draw time. Draws happen on the scheduled date whether or not every ticket has sold.

  • Winners are notified by email and phone within an hour of the draw and announced live across our social channels.

  • We use Google's certified random number generator to pick every winner, and the result is published on our socials so anyone can verify it.

  • Yes. Every draw is streamed live on our Instagram and Facebook so you can see the result in real time.

  • The draw still goes ahead on the published date. Every paid entry remains valid - the prize is guaranteed.

  • Head to our Winners page for a full list of recent winners, their prize and the date of their draw.

Payments

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely with Stripe.

  • Yes. We never store your card details - payments are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

  • Entries are non-refundable once the draw has taken place. If a competition is cancelled, every entrant receives a full refund automatically.

  • Card declines usually come from your bank. Check the details entered, ensure 3D Secure is approved, or try a different payment method.

  • Yes. A receipt is emailed to you straight after purchase and is also available in your dashboard under Order History.

Prizes

  • Most physical prizes come with a tax-free cash alternative, displayed on the competition page before you enter.

  • We arrange free UK delivery for physical prizes within 14 days of the draw. For cars, we'll arrange handover at a location that suits you.

  • No. All prizes are tax-free in the UK - what you win is what you get.

  • You can choose the cash alternative where available, or transfer the prize to a family member with our approval.

  • Yes. All physical prizes are fully insured in transit until they're handed over to you.

Account

  • Sign in and head to Account Details from your dashboard to update your name, address, phone number and password at any time.

  • Email support@ultimatedraws.com from the address on your account and we'll remove your data within 30 days.

  • Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen and we'll email you a secure reset link.

  • No. To keep draws fair, only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

  • Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, or you can manage preferences from your dashboard settings.
