• Don't chase a loss - the result of one draw never changes the odds of the next.
• Take regular breaks. Step away if you feel stressed, anxious or angry about playing.
• Keep play balanced with other hobbies and interests.

2. Warning signs

It may be time to seek support if you:

• Spend more than you intended, or hide your spending from people close to you.
• Feel restless or irritable when you're not playing.
• Borrow money or sell things to fund entries.
• Find that play is affecting your work, sleep or relationships.

Deposit limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on entry spend from your account dashboard. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.

Time-out

Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. While timed out you can sign in to view your account but cannot purchase entries.

Self-exclusion

Block yourself from entering competitions for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Email support@ultimatedraws.com to start the process. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Ultimate Draws is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We verify the age of every entrant. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has used their card to enter, email support@ultimatedraws.com and we will refund those entries and close the account.
